Job Description

This position reports to:

Service Engineering Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to prepare, distribute, and store accurate and timely customer and supplier documents for projects as per the company's/project's procedures. Each day, you will ensure effective version control and status tracking. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting colleagues with advice and guidance on documentation control issues. You will be mainly accountable for:

• Create technical documentation (MOPs, FPs, etc) for use by FSTs related to Critical Power Products
• Assist with documentation across different service functions
• Support harmonization of documentation format globally
• Issue communication on any product change affecting install base
• Manage ISO folder and document ID issuing
• Manages documentation to ensure proper version control in the document management system.
• Sets up the documentation management system and document controls process in conjunction with the project team.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology with 1+ years' experience in a service or manufacturing environment OR Associates Degree in electrical technology with 3+ years' experience in service or manufacturing environment OR High School Diploma/GED and equivalent work and/or military experience (5+ years) in service or manufacturing environment

• Advanced level ability to interact and communicate (written and verbal) information to varying levels within the organization.
• Advanced level of ability to use Microsoft Office products.
• Moderate ability to Project Manage using MS Project or Excel.
• Advanced ability to write test plans and reports detailing test results.
