Many of our managers started right where you could, as hourly team members.We're hiring Prep Cooks to help keep our kitchen running smoothly and our food tasting amazing!What You'll DoAs a Roosters Prep Cook, you'll be the first step in creating the delicious meals our guests love:Timely preparation of all raw foods and fresh products for the line cooksWash, clean, peel, dice, shred, and slice produce and food products using the provided equipmentFollow recipes and preparation procedures for all menu itemsReview prepped items for quality, freshness, and proper rotationPortion meats, cheeses, dressings, and other ingredients with accuracyDemonstrate superior knife skills to chop, slice, and prep ingredients safely and efficientlyMaintain a clean, organized prep area while supporting the kitchen teamYou'll be the unsung hero behind every great meal we serve!No Experience?
