Manager Opportunity
Join a locally owned Great Clips® salon, the world's largest salon brand, and be one of the GREATS! Whether you're new to the industry or have years behind the chair…great opportunities await! The Island Plaza Salon is looking for a Manager to lead an amazing squad of hair stylists. The financial glow-up is real: $20-$2/hr base, hitting $35-$40/hr total with tips and bonuses. Weekly paycheck! Enjoy a 401(k) match, PTO, medical, dental and insane growth opportunities.
Are you a licensed cosmetologist/barber with experience in leadership? Flexible for evenings and weekends? You have the main character energy we need to keep our salon at the top. Don't ghost this opportunity!

Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:
- Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
- The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
- The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, training is provided)
- The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
