Driving customer acquisition and brand growth, the remote VP, Head of MLD Marketing will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the mortgage lending division while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance market presence and performance. Key responsibilities Develop and implement a marketing strategy aligned with corporate goals and growth objectives Lead integrated marketing campaigns to increase mortgage applications and funded loan volume Oversee digital marketing initiatives and enhance customer journey mapping and engagement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience 7+ years of experience in mortgage banking or financial services marketing Proven track record in customer acquisition and brand growth Experience managing large budgets and cross-functional initiatives
