I opened my agency more than 30 years ago with a passion for helping people manage their risks, protect what matters most, and plan for their financial future. Today, our team of four continues to focus on building strong relationships and providing exceptional service to our customers. I attended college and am proud to have a wonderful family, including grandchildren who keep life fun and rewarding outside of work. Over the years, I've enjoyed building a career centered around helping others while staying connected to the community I serve. Our office culture is professional, energetic, and customer-focused. I'm looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, having meaningful conversations, and delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate is positive, professional, and motivated to help customers while contributing to a supportive and successful team environment. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Thomas Ntuk - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
