Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

AdventHealth Primary Care+ is seeking Float Advanced Practice Providers to join our team-based primary care model. This opportunity is designed for providers who value whole-family care, continuity with patients, and a collaborative practice environment that supports both high-quality care and work life balance. In this role, you will work closely with other Advanced Practice Providers and Care Teams to deliver comprehensive primary care in a modern, well-supported clinic focused on preventive care, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships.

Providers will need to be able to work 18-30 hours per week and be available to work full weekday and weekend shifts.

West Orange County

Osceola County

Qualifications
• Active Florida APRN or PA-C license
• Primary Care or Family Medicine experience (preferred)
• Strong skills in preventive care and chronic condition management
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based care model
• BLS Required
