Location: Thornton, CO

Unit: Labor & Delivery

Number of Beds: 14 LDRPs and 2 ORs

Staffing: Approximately 60 staff members including RNs, CNAs, and sitters.

General Information

• Patient Ratios: 1:1 to 1:2 maximum for Labor & Delivery and 3:1 for Postpartum, per AWHONN guidelines.
• Type of Equipment: Beacon.
• Electronic Medical Records: CPN and Meditech.

Typical Hiring Profile

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months current CST Labor & Delivery experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Active NBSTA and DORA certifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in LDRP.
• Postpartum care experience.
