Interested in managing the advertising efforts for a community newspaper? Experienced in project management/advertising/media? Want to work early mornings and be done for lunch and a free afternoon?Verican is a technology company that provides advertising revenue solutions for newspapers. We launched a newspaper in the US last summer, and are seeking talent to fill a vacancy in the paper.The position is Advertising Manager, the publication is the Henderson Press. You will be the pointperson for the whole of advertising operations, working with US-based ad salespeople as well as Beijing-based ad designers to make all the advertising happen. You will also be in charge of customer retention via telephone, and some ad sales.
