AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

YOUR ROLE

As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide every guest who enters the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company, proud of it, and passionate about building brand loyalty with each guest. Above all, you represent our company values and bring your real self to work every day.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they are looking for, with a “friends first” mindset. You are passionate about AE & Aerie products, educating guests on product details and making suggestions that fit their needs. You share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests. You are flexible and can work in the Sales Floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. You proactively resolve guest concerns while staying within company policy. You are a team player, always willing to assist colleagues in getting the job done. You act with integrity, adhering to AEO’s policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

You love interacting with people. You have high energy and can manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. You are available to work during guests’ shopping times, including evenings, weekends and holidays. You are a fan of AE and Aerie products. You have prior retail experience. You are at least 16 years of age.

PAY & BENEFITS

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location. Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide real rewards at its discretion.
