About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Technology Strategy and Portfolio Management. This executive will be a pivotal member of the Enterprise Business Solutions leadership team, responsible for defining the strategic direction, investment portfolio, and operational frameworks for the company's enterprise business solutions. The role involves driving technology strategy across finance, HR, and corporate functions, with a focus on translating market trends, emerging technologies, and vendor roadmaps into actionable business strategies. The successful candidate will also lead portfolio and program governance, investment planning, business operations, and executive reporting for the enterprise business solutions organization. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include developing multi-year technology strategies, analyzing various market factors to make strategic recommendations, and advising on technology investment priorities. The role requires a deep understanding of enterprise technology ecosystems, particularly SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft, and Oracle, as well as strong knowledge of AI, automation, and emerging technology trends. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of enterprise technology leadership experience, a proven track record in portfolio governance and PMO functions, and exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills. An MBA or equivalent strategic consulting experience is preferred, and the role demands a high level of commitment, including the willingness to work off business hours and weekends as necessary.
