Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Technical Specialist with strong experience in developing scalable web applications using React JS on the front end and Java/Spring Boot on the back end. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Apache Kafka, and modern DevOps practices.
Must-Have Skills
Java, Spring Boot, React JS, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Apache Kafka, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Git, Maven/Gradle
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs
- Expertise in React JS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL — mandatory
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
- Strong experience with Apache Kafka and distributed messaging
- Experience with Git/GitHub or similar version-control tools
- Experience with Maven/Gradle
- Knowledge of Cucumber and BDD
- Experience with integration and load testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and React JS
- Develop scalable backend services using Spring Boot and REST APIs
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL and MongoDB database solutions
- Integrate Apache Kafka for real-time messaging and event-driven architecture
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following development best practices
- Perform unit testing and participate in integration/load testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
- Support CI/CD, containerization, and deployment activities
Testing & Quality
- Unit and integration testing
- Cucumber/BDD
- Load and performance testing
- JMeter/Gatling
- Code reviews and quality standards
Important Requirement
F-F interview is MUST. Candidate must be able to attend the face-to-face interview and work onsite in Pleasanton, CA or Dallas, TX .
