DNT Construction is hiring a full wet utility pipe crew for heavy civil underground utility work. We are looking for experienced, dependable people who know how to work safely, show up ready, and get the job done right.

Positions We're Hiring For

• Superintendent
• Foreman / Leadman
• Excavator Operator
• Loader Operator
• Pipelayers
• Pipelayer Helpers
• Laborers

Type of Work This crew will be working on underground utility installations, including:

• Water lines
• Sanitary sewer
• Storm drain
• Trenching and excavation
• Pipe installation
• Bedding, backfill, and grading
• Manholes, structures, and utility tie-ins
• Working around heavy equipment and active job sites

What We're Looking For We are looking for people with experience in underground utility work who understand production, safety, and teamwork. You should be able to:

• Show up on time and ready to work
• Work safely around trenches, equipment, and pipe crews
• Follow directions and jobsite safety rules
• Work outside in the heat, cold, mud, and changing jobsite conditions
• Help keep the job moving
• Take pride in doing quality work

Experience Needed

• Experience in heavy civil construction or underground utilities is preferred.
• Foremen, Leadmen, and Superintendents should have experience running crews, reading plans, tracking production, and keeping the job organized.
• Operators should have experience working around trench boxes, pipe crews, existing utilities, and tight jobsite conditions.
• Pipelayers, helpers, and laborers should have experience with trench work, pipe installation, bedding, backfill, and general utility work.
