This position requires flexibility and the ability to work alone if needed.ResponsibilitiesPrepare sandwiches and other menu items to Subway standardsProvide friendly and prompt service to customersMaintain cleanliness and follow health and safety guidelinesAssist with restocking supplies and inventory managementCash handling and basic transactionsWorking with our Guests to knowledgeably recommend meal options and fulfill their orders from start to finishBeing a Team playerRequirementsReliability: Must consistently show up on time and be dependableFlexibility: Able to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, and work across multiple locations in Union City as neededSelf-Motivation: Comfortable working alone if required especially for night shifts.If you're enthusiastic about food service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to have you join our team!PREREQUISITESEducation: Some high school or equivalentExperience: No previous experience requiredESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSAbility to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday.
