This group of five Board-Certified OB/GYN physicians is adding another full-time OB/GYN physician to their thriving, patient-centered team in the Jackson, Mississippi area. As a well-established practice with a mission of?Healthcare for Women by Women,?they are proud to provide comprehensive care across all stages of life, including obstetrics and gynecology, robotic surgery, menopause management, and wellness services.

Practice Highlights:

• You will have a four-day workweek and a 1:10 call schedule (shared call with another group)
• Physician-led and all-Partner group (Partnership after 2 years)
• Dedicated half-day OR block each week, plus access to 3 da Vinci robots and weekly time available at the surgery center.
• Generous guaranteed salary + incentive bonuses and signing bonus
• Supportive environment with surgical and clinical mentorship; new graduates and experienced physicians are welcome.
