Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF) setting. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to residents while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Shift DetailsShift Length: 12 hoursGuaranteed Hours: 36 hours per weekWorking Days: Dayshift; every other weekend and holiday requiredResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing protocols.Monitor and assess patient conditions, updating care plans as necessary.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.Educate residents and families regarding health management and wellness strategies.Document patient information accurately and timely in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).QualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license.BLS Certification required.Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a similar setting preferred.Experience with electronic medical records (EMR); PCC experience is a plus.Unit InformationUnit Type: Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF)Bed Capacity: 128 bedsNurse-to-Patient Ratios: 1:32Common Patient Diagnoses: A variety of diagnoses typical in a long-term care setting.Additional InformationOrientation pathway will be completed with staff members to ensure a smooth transition into the role.Weekend and holiday shifts are required as part of the staffing commitment.Travel within the region may be required for coverage at multiple locations.If you are an enthusiastic RN looking to make a significant impact in the lives of residents in a supportive and collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply.Client Details State ND
