Dietary Assistant

At Evercare of Breese, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents, and we're seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dietary Assistant to join our team!

Duties:

• Review, prepare, and serve meals in accordance with planned menus, standardized recipes, and special diet orders, ensuring food and facilities are prepared and maintained in accordance with sanitary regulations

• Ensure the department is maintained in a clean and safe manner, with attention to detail and quality

• Prepare and deliver snacks and other designated items as instructed

• Assist in preparation, cooking, and clean-up of meals and prep areas, with a focus on efficiency and productivity

• Maintain accurate records and reports, as required

Qualifications:

• Must possess patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, with the ability to work with residents at varying levels of maturity

• Kitchen experience is preferred, but not required

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including every other weekend
