Job Description Captain Jay's is hiring part‑time and full‑time Shift Managers. Our managers receive paid training and opportunities to advance into higher manager positions. Motivated food service managers will lead teams to deliver enjoyable guest experiences. Managers are responsible for store operations and supervising staff while maintaining Captain Jay's quality standards. Responsibilities Increase sales by maintaining a clean store, high‑quality food, and exceptional customer service. Manage team members. Oversee stock, daily store operations, and overall store performance. Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability. Education High school or equivalent (Preferred). Experience Food service: 1 year (Required). Food management: 2 years (Required). License/Certification Driver's License (Required).
