Rhino Central Services Rhino Central Services is the backbone of All Things Metal Industries, providing HR, finance, and IT support exclusively for ATM Steel, RoXteel, and KorFab. Role Overview The Recruiter plays a key role in attracting and welcoming the right people to our team. This position manages not only the beginning of the hiring process—screening applicants, partnering closely with business units to coordinate interviews, and guiding candidates through each step with clear communication and professionalism—but also continues to support employees throughout their careers with ATM Industries. While we collaborate with our PEO partner for certain administrative and compliance functions, this role ensures the recruiting experience remains organized, timely, and people‑focused — helping us hire not just for skill, but for long‑term fit within our culture.
