Perform the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Lift heavy items and may operate a forklift. Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped. Post weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment. Examines, stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines. May prepare kitting packages for assembly production.

Shifts Hiring For:

• 8 Hour shifts:
• 1st: 6:30 am-2:30 pm, Mon - Fri
• 2nd: 2:30 pm- 10:30 pm, Mon - Fri
• 3rd : 10:30 pm - 6:30 am, Sun - Thu
• 10 Hour Shifts:
• 1st : 5:30am - 3:30pm, Mon - Thu
• 2nd : 3:30pm - 1:30pm, Mon - Thu

Pay rate starts at $18 and above. This position is part of a job family. Experience will be the determining factor for position level and compensation. 2nd and 3rd shifts receive an additional 10% shift premium

Your Responsibilities:

• Transport raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility using powered industrial equipment.
• Perform material replenishment to support production lines and assembly operations.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Prepare and package finished products for shipment according to customer and company requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions using ERP, WMS, RF scanners, or other inventory management systems.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and work with appropriate teams to resolve issues.
• Pick, stage, and deliver materials to production areas in a timely manner.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and storage areas.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and environmental policies.
• Use documented work instructions and manufacturing execution systems for receiving, picking or delivering parts
• Assemble product, delivers material to the production area, pick up waste, and deliver finished product on a scheduled basis following a set route
• May also assist with changeover, provide tools and materials, and give any additional help needed to maintain standard work and keep the flow going
• Work with little direction and have ability to operate Powered Industrial Vehicles to load, unload and transfer materials

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• A minimum of High School Diploma/GED OR 1 year of verified related experience
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience
