Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management. Transformation Programs: Drive and manage transformation programs, ensuring successful implementation and adoption. Support Programs: Oversee support programs, bringing in stability and driving automation to ensure they meet client expectations and deliver value. Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the development and implementation of new ideas and technologies.
