Director, Product Management Operations & AI Enablement

Role Description

Product Management at Capital One is a booming, vibrant craft that requires reimagining the status quo, finding value creation opportunities, and driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology.

Central to this mission is driving the adoption, integration, and operational deployment of our advanced internal and external AI toolkit across our newly formed AI Native Pods. As the leader of this team, you will:

• Lead the team responsible for deploying our internal and external AI toolkit across the enterprise.
• Develop the optimal roles and responsibilities of AI Native Pod members.
• Architect the next generation of our Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC).
• Optimize every step in the process from Discovery to Roadmap Planning to Release Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 5 years of Product Management experience.

Requirements

• Proven success leading the rollout, change management, and scaled adoption of large enterprise software platforms, developer tools, or enterprise-wide Agile/DevOps transformations.
• Deep familiarity with emerging AI tool chains, developer agents, and LLM capabilities.
• Experience scaling internal AI productivity tools.
• Strong structural understanding of traditional product frameworks (Scrum, Lean, Design Thinking).
• Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to partner with and influence VPs of Product, Engineering Directors, and senior risk leaders without direct authority.
