Patient Population: Nephrology, Hepatology, Endocrinology, Geriatrics, Chronic Cardiac Disease and Gastrointestinal, Cardiac Arrhythmias, Cardiac drips, Insulin Drip, Peritoneal Dialysis

Patient Ratios: 1:3-4

Number of Beds: 35

Unit selling points: 94% of RNs have BSN, 6% are certified, matched with personal clinical coach, friendly, team-oriented and engaged staff; self-scheduling; robust Unit Practice Council

Qualifications

• Grad of an Accredited Program
• Specialized field of study should be nursing
• RN license
• Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role
• 1yr true hospital inpatient (Med/Surg/Tele) RN experience
