IAC is currently seeking 3rd Quality Auditor. Local company located in Anniston; they manufacture interior auto components (door panels, trim, instrument panels).

Quality Auditor 3rd Shift Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.13 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Third Shift (Monday through Friday from 10:00pm to 06:00am)

• Perform quality audits of product and processes for compliance to defined standards.
• Approve 1st piece samples for each job.
• Provide guidance to production operators in regards to the following: (a) In-process quality inspections, (b) Use of inspection fixtures and gages, (c) Other quality-related issues.
• Identify, document and segregate nonconforming product. This includes the completion of nonconformance reports (NCR's) and decision-making regarding acceptance/rejection of product.

Quality Auditor 3rd Shift Qualifications:

• High school diploma/ GED preferred
• Stand 10+ hours
• Must have understanding of the injection molding process and assembly processes.
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Office, including: (a) Word, and (b) Excel.
• Must be able to manage stress, make informed decisions and take personal responsibility while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous Injection Molding experience
• Overtime required and mandatory
