Shift: Overnight
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 12:00 AM - 10:00 AM (or until work is completed)
Saturday: 12:00 AM - Finish (Approximately 4-5 Hours)

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Associates to join an overnight production team in Oklahoma City. This position is responsible for assisting with cable installation, pulling and routing cables, and performing general labor duties to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is comfortable performing physically demanding work, follows safety procedures, and works well as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Required Experience & Skills
• Previous manufacturing, production, construction, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred
• Cable pulling or cable installation experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable performing repetitive physical work throughout a 10-hour overnight shift
• Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Willingness to work overtime until production is complete when needed

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Pull, route, and organize cables according to work instructions
• Assist with production operations and support production crews
• Perform general labor tasks to support manufacturing processes
• Safely operate hand tools and equipment as required
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve daily production goals
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous cable installation or wire routing experience
• Manufacturing or industrial production experience
• Construction or warehouse background
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive movements throughout the shift
• Ability to work overnight in a fast-paced production environment
• Comfortable working overtime when production demands require it
