QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST

Job Description RCB Bank seeks a Quality Assurance Clerk responsible for clerical duties and general operations within the QA department, maintaining quality control across various bank departments. Responsibilities The candidate will: Review output from multiple systems and the documents submitted by branch personnel and various departments, including New Accounts, Image Processing, Account Services maintenance, Call Center, ATM, and online banking. Provide input for best practices related to current data‑input procedures and documents. Log and verify multiple policy violations with complete accuracy. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Strong MS Excel, Word, and Outlook skills. Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work with minimal direction while maintaining focus and productivity.
