Description Memory Care Manager (LPN Certified) Water's Edge Assisted Living of Bradenton is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Memory Care Manager to lead our specialized care team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents with memory impairments while working in a supportive and growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the memory care unit, ensuring high-quality resident care and safety Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals Supervise and support caregiving staff, providing training and guidance to maintain compliance with care standards Monitor residents’ health status, respond to changes, and coordinate with healthcare providers as needed Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies Foster a warm, respectful, and engaging environment for residents and staff Skills and Qualifications: Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification Prior experience in memory care or dementia-specific settings preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to assisted living and memory care Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy At Water's Edge Assisted Living of Bradenton, we pride ourselves on creating a caring community that values growth, teamwork, and excellence.
