• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in hematology/oncology

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $511.29/hour

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care in a busy clinical setting
• Manage 18-20 patient consultations per day, including new and follow-up visits
• Administer treatments such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormone therapy
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Nurse Practitioners, LPNs, and CNAs
• Document patient encounters using Epic EMR (AI-enabled charting available)
• Participate in growth-phase program, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
• Cover occasional inpatient consults as needed
• Maintain professional attire and adhere to facility policies

What You Need
Required:

• NY Medical License in Hand
• 5+ years of relevant clinical experience
• Board Eligible or Certified in Hematology/Oncology
• Experience with Epic EMR system
• Ability to work full-time weekdays (Monday-Friday)

Preferred:

• Experience in outpatient oncology practices
• Comfort with managing complex treatment protocols
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
