Culinary Conductor: Oversee all foodservice operations, maintaining our high standards of quality and cleanliness in our BOH environment. Budget Boss: Help us keep our labor and food costs within budget while preparing reports that help us shine brighter every day. Keep it Clean: Maintain a clean and sanitary BOH environment – after all, kitchen cleanliness is next to tastiness! What You Bring to the Table: A minimum of two years of leadership experience in Kitchen role. In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. A demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team – you’re the captain of this ship! Strong leadership and communication skills that shine even under pressure.
