Customer Service Clerk

Overview Full-Time, Monday - Friday, Various Shifts. Starting at $20.42 per hour. Position Customer Service Representative, Hatfield, PA Service Center. The CSR is responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with customers and assisting customers and other R & L employees in tracking and monitoring freight movement. The CSR uses customer retention techniques to ensure customers feel valued and listened to, to resolve their issues, and to promote company goals and objectives. This includes daily freight tracing with customers, assisting other terminals in freight-related issues, and performing other related duties as assigned. Responsibilities Maintain positive relationships with customers and assist in tracking and monitoring freight movement. Communicate with customers to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction. Coordinate with other terminals to address freight-related issues and support operations. Perform other related duties as assigned by supervision.
