Physical Therapist (Allied)

Outpatient experience is preferred. Will accept new grads? Yes. Will accept first time travelers? Yes. Thirty-six hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to forty hours. OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked. Float to other clinics: Yes, primary would be Blankenbaker, St. Matthews, Brownsboro, Highlands. Patient population: Typical outpatient population across clinics. Productivity expectation is sixty visits per week; will see twelve to fourteen patients per day. Double-booking of follow up visits expected.
