Assistant Property Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager - Part Time/Temporary to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all Leasing activities.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all rental transactions
Market for new residents
Investigate and resolve resident complaints
Show apartments and lease according to targeted leasing goals provided
Enter work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
Perform Internet Lead Follow ups and phone call follow ups daily
Build relationships with local businesses for marketing efforts

Qualifications:

Previous experience in property management or other related fields
Familiarity with contracts and leases
Ability to build rapport with tenants
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
