Facilities Manager

Qualifications Currently enrolled as a student at Ithaca College Courteous and engaging personality, confident communicating with students, faculty and staff in a professional office setting Ability to self-manage tasks and work independently Experience with Ithaca College platforms including 25Live Pro, Asset Essentials, Purplepass, Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook Responsibilities Create, modify, and confirm room reservations on 25Live Pro Submit maintenance requests via Asset Essentials Schedule and update ticketed events on PurplePass Assist with scheduling of other student employee shifts In-office tasks such as posting signage, managing physical calendars, etc. Other duties as needed. Schedule/Hours Office Hours are Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Most work will take place in this time frame, but occasionally, evenings or weekends may be required. 5-15 hours a week, some weeks will have more work available than others, averaging out to about 10. Work schedule is flexible to suit your academic schedule. There will be some opportunities for remote work.
