To succeed in this position, you'll need an associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Lab Technology, Biology, or a closely related field. Certification through ASCP, AMT, or another recognized body is preferred, but if you're eligible and working toward certification, we still encourage you to apply.
