Universal Banker

Primary Responsibilities Assist customers in person and over the phone in a professional and courteous manner with their banking needs. Discuss consumer loans with customers and perform underwriting up to a defined amount. Education Needed High School Diploma / GED Salary Status Hourly, Pending Experience Skills Needed 2+ years of banking or related sales experience (preferred) Understanding of and ability to sell all types of loan and deposit products Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong relationship‑building skills Excellent time‑management skills and attentiveness to detail Willingness to participate in local civic organizations Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work independently and complete projects using a team approach EEO Statement Pendleton Community Bank is an equal opportunity employer / veteran / disability.
