Respiratory Therapist

Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Salary Range: $30 - $34 per hour Position Overview: As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing respiratory care to patients with breathing difficulties and other cardiopulmonary disorders. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $30 - $34 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized respiratory care plans Administer respiratory treatments and therapies, such as oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, and chest physiotherapy Monitor and adjust mechanical ventilators as needed Educate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and disease management Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans Document all patient care activities accurately and thoroughly Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment Respond to emergency situations and provide immediate respiratory support as needed Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy Current state license as a Respiratory Therapist BLS and ACLS certifications Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist Experience working in a vent unit preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-stress environment Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Willingness to work 3/12 hour shifts as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Trinity Healthcare Talent Services, LLC
