Ownday-to-dayprojectoperationsfromfieldexecutiontofinancialtracking Lead,mentor,andsupportSuperintendents,Installers,andfieldcrewson-site Collaboratewithclients,GC/CM,vendors,andinternalteamstomaintainprojectalignment Plan,schedule,andcoordinateallBMScontrolsandlowvoltageconstructionphases DriveQA/QCprocessestoensurehigh-qualityBMSandlowvoltageinstallations Overseematerials,labor,andequipmentformaximumefficiencyandproductivity CoordinatewithHR,Payroll,Housing,andSafetyforsmoothprojectoperations Managematerialdeliveries,expediting,andinventoryflow Trackprojectfinancials—changeorders,billing,andbudgetmanagement Establishandmaintainscheduling,earnedvalue,andlaboranalysisonadaily,weekly,andmonthlybasis Evaluateprojectrisks,maintainariskregister,andmonitormitigationplans AttendmonthlyProjectStatusReview(PSR)meetingswithRegionalOperationsandFinance FosterstrongteammoraleandcultivateleadershipwithinthefieldworkforceWHATWE’RELOOKINGFOR

3+yearsofprojectmanagementexperienceinBMScontrolsorlowvoltageelectrical (required) Experienceoncommercialorinstitutionalprojects—healthcare,education,orinfrastructure (highlypreferred) PriorformalPMtitleorrole (amajorplus) SkilledinreadingandinterpretingBMSdrawings,lowvoltageplans,andtechnicalspecifications Familiaritywithestimating,budgeting,billing,andprojectfinancialprocesses Experiencecollaboratingcross-functionallywithoperationaldepartments WillingnesstotravelregionallyasprojectneedsrequirePREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS
