On-Site Nurse (RN/LPN) Primary Care Team Player

Outer Cape Health Services in Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care within a multidisciplinary team. You will perform triage, patient education, and coordination of referrals, while documenting care in the EMR and ensuring high quality service.
The role requires MA RN or LPN licensure, BLS, and at least 1 year of nursing experience in ED, urgent care, or ambulatory settings; bilingual skills are a plus, and familiarity
