Position Summary We are seeking an Order Management Specialist to support our Sales/Customer Service department. They will generate and maintain customer information and shipping products. Position Responsibilities: Enter customer purchase orders; generate shop order picking tickets for material and production Maintain and schedule finished goods in stock to be shipped to ensure on-time delivery Process return material paperwork and issue creditsli> Process customer change orders in the systems and distribute accordingly Prepare necessary documents for domestic and international shipments in compliance with U.S. export laws Generate shipping waybills using FedEx, UPS, or DHL software/websites Generate and distribute customer invoices Generate and distribute monthly booking and invoicing reports for outside sales representatives Generate daily bookings report and shipping log Maintain and update the BBB log daily Perform other miscellaneous duties and special assigned as required Position Requirements: Requires a High School diploma or equivalent Minimum of two years in an Administrative Support role; preferably in a manufacturing environment Basic math skills Basic computer skills Strong organization skills and attention to detail Sensience is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE): race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender or gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, national origin, or any status protected by applicable law.
