Physical Therapist - PD

Overview Physical Therapist – Works under the supervision of the Director of Rehabilitation Services. Responsible for assessing referred patients and planning and administering physical therapy intervention plans. Responsibilities Assess patients, plan and administer individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, and families. Schedule treatments and record treatment information accurately. Assign assistants and aides to duties that expedite treatment. Instruct and supervise therapy students and assistant students during clinical affiliations. Provide instruction and support to patients, families, and hospital staff. Assume duties of Charge Therapist on a regular basis. Maintain cost‑effective treatment plans and ensure compliance with safety standards. Orient new employees and volunteers. Coordinate with the CCS Case Manager for referral to CCS panellled providers. Requirements Education: California Physical Therapy license or eligibility. Licensure: California Physical Therapy license or eligibility. Current BLS/Health‑Care Provider status as per American Heart Association standards. Experience: None required. Shift Differentials Hourly Evening Shift Differential: $2.00 Hourly Night Shift Differential: $4.00 Salary Range The hourly rate is $57.54–$69.94.
