Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent my career as an Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager, where I learned the importance of leadership, teamwork, delivering exceptional service, and building strong relationships. Those same principles continue to drive our agency today. I'm married to my wife, Jessy, and we have two young daughters. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, playing basketball, and spending time with my family. I'm also passionate about giving back and staying involved in our community through partnerships with local organizations and community initiatives. Position Overview Are you outgoing and customer-focused? Do you enjoy working with the public? State Farm agents market only State Farm insurance and financial service products. Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services Requirements Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams Self-motivated Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews Ability to explain complex financial issues in understandable terms Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain) Must have prior State Farm experience This is a remote position.
