If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!Position Title: Network Architect Location: Tallahassee, Florida 32399 Duration: 8 months Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, Eastern Time (ET), Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:At a minimum, the Vendor shall: Provide staff augmentation for up to 2080 hours during FY26-27. The contracted staff should have a history of technical staff augmentation, specifically with the State of Florida. The Vendor should be proficient in supporting Unified Communications (UC) environments. Staff recommendations put forth by the Vendor should have the following qualifications:More than five (5) years working experience with Enterprise level IT support.More than five (5) years working experience in the following disciplines:LAN/WLAN/WAN design, implementation and supportNetwork Switches (Juniper, Cisco)Load Balancers (Kemp, F5)Design and Maintenance of Storage Area Networks (SANs)Network Security to include ACLs, Firewall Policy, Proxy Policy and Mail Gateway management (Palo Alto NGFW, Cisco Ironports)POTS, PRI and SIP TrunksCloud Networking and hybrid connectivityWorking experience implementing and supporting:Cisco Collaboration stack (UCM, UCCX, Unity Connection)Designing network resiliency (Disaster Recovery, High Availability)Familiarity with application design and scriptingSoft SkillsStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills under pressureEffective collaboration with cross functional teamsWillingness to mentor through knowledge sharing and skill developmentDue to the nature of the work required, it is not always possible for the assigned tasks to be carried out during standard business hours. The Vendor and recommended staff should be able to support work on a flexible schedule (such as working during off hours), potentially to include holidays to support the goals of the Department.5.0 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS The following requirements are mandatory. Vendors must clearly demonstrate that the proposed Network Architect meets all minimum qualifications.
