You will monitor their health, provide necessary care, and perform life‑saving interventions. Because of the large scope of responsibility, you will generally be assigned a few patients at a time, giving you bandwidth to manage complicated cases. Using patients' health histories and current diagnoses, you will develop a personalized care plan, implement treatments, and evaluate responses, working with the healthcare team to make adjustments.
