• Assist licensed occupational therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional function

• Conduct occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and education, to meet patients' needs and goals

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address patients' complex needs and promote optimal outcomes

• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

• Participate in peer consultation and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatment approaches
