Contract Details

• Pay Rate: $16.50+/hrly
• Location: Chillicothe, OH and surrounding areas
• Service Area Includes: Chillicothe, Waverly, Beaver, Bainbridge, and Greenfield
• Employment Type: PRN
• Setting: In-Home Care
• Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on patient needs and caregiver availability
• Start Date: As soon as onboarding is completed
• Employment Status: W2 Employee

Requirements

• Active CNA/STNA certification preferred but not required for all cases
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving or home care experience preferred
• Ability to provide personal care in a home setting
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to pass background screening
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient-focused

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and daily activities
• Support light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Monitor client condition and report changes
• Ensure client safety, comfort, and dignity
• Follow care plans and documentation requirements

Job Description

Wise Medical Staffing is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA), CNAs, and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) for PRN opportunities in the Chillicothe, Ohio region and surrounding communities.

This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to provide one-on-one care in a home setting. Caregivers will work directly with clients to support daily living activities and promote independence.
