Your Responsibilities

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual needs and create personalized therapy plans that help patients achieve their functional milestones.

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses for comprehensive, holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families on therapy processes to ensure they can continue progress at home.
• Track, Document, and Adjust Care: Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep them on track for success.

Qualifications

• Earned degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Continuing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory.
