Monday–Friday schedule (8 am - 5 pm) $300K Starting Salary | Primarily Outpatient Only | Mon–Fri, No Weekends | Northern CA Jiva Health is growing across Northern California and seeking a full-time Internal Medicine and Family Medicine physicians to join our outpatient team. We welcome both experienced physicians and recent graduates, and we offer H1B visa sponsorship. Highlights $300K base salary with extensive room for growth Sign-on bonus + relocation allowance (2-year commitment) Outpatient only – no hospital or inpatient responsibilities Monday–Friday schedule (8 am - 5 pm) No call or weekends required Team-based care with NP/PA and admin support Focus on quality outcomes Benefits 401(k) with up to 4% match Medical, dental, and vision coverage 8 paid holidays + up to 120 hours PTO (increases with tenure) 5 CME days Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Requirements MD/DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in applicable specialty California medical license (or ability to obtain) Commitment to quality, evidence-based care #J-18808-Ljbffr
