We’re representing a fast-growing events and promotions company expanding its Wisconsin team. They specialise in face-to-face campaigns across retail locations, pop-up events, and high-traffic venues — creating memorable customer experiences while driving brand growth.

What the Role Looks Like

\n

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll be part of a team running live campaigns in busy environments.

\n

Your day-to-day will include:

• Working at promotional sales events, retail pop-ups, and branded setups
\n
• Engaging with customers in a friendly, confident, and professional way
\n
• Presenting products, services, or campaigns clearly and effectively
\n
• Creating a positive and memorable experience for every interaction during the sales process
\n
• Supporting customers through sign-ups or onboarding processes
\n
• Assisting with event setup, organisation, and breakdown
\n
• Representing brands with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism
\n
• Contributing to team targets and overall campaign performance
