Want to help build household-name brands? Propelis is expanding our Waukesha team and hiring 3rd shift Production Operators. This is a true entry-level role— NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ! We provide 100% fully paid, on-the-job training in a comfortable, climate-controlled facility. 

 

Compensation & Growth 

• Starting Pay: $24.00/hour total ($23.00 base + $1.00 shift differential). 

• 6-Month Raise: Earn an extra $1.00/hour after a standard competency assessment.

Education & Experience 

• No manufacturing experience required 

• High school diploma or GED equivalent 

 

Skills & Abilities

• Flexible to work overtime  

Able to meet physical requirements of the job, including but not limited to 

• Lifting up to 30 lbs. 

• Infrequent pushing/pulling of cart 

• Positioning material with the assistance of carts and overhead cranes 

• Standing/walking up to 8 hours per shift 

• Vision abilities include close vision in the inspection of the work

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $23 - $24/hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
