Your Schedule & Location
- Full-Time | 40 hrs/week; FridayTuesday | 11:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Guitar Center at: 6587 S. Las Vegas Blvd. Las Vegas NV 89119

What You'll Do
- Represent Roland with passion and professionalism at every interaction.
- Showcase cutting-edge gear through hands-on demos that inspire customers.
- Drive sales by connecting customers with the perfect Roland products.
- Build brand loyalty by creating unforgettable in-store experiences.
- Train store associates to become Roland advocates.
- Partner with store management to hit goals and overcome challenges.
- Share insights on product launches, promotions, and merchandising.
- Keep displays looking sharp and aligned with Roland's premium standards.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 23 years in sales, retail, or musical instruments.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish speaking, a must!
- Music Background: Musician, producer, DJ, or sound engineer with gear knowledge.
- People Skills: Strong communication and ability to motivate others.
- Tech Ready: Access to high-speed internet and smart device for reporting.
- Passion: A love for music and creating memorable customer experiences.
