Sr. Manager, Onboarding & Lifecycle Support (Various Locations)

The Sr. Manager, Channel Partner Onboarding provides leadership and program management support to new Partners. Work closely with relevant business units to identify requirements associated with projects and program. In this role the person must be an expert, self-starter who requires little direction and knows what to do, deliver exemplary customer service, work with all levels of the organization and be capable of meeting critical, demanding timelines. This individual must be able to translate strategic direction into T-Mobile focus. This person is responsible for ensuring that T-Mobile's brand is well represented to new Partners to ensure a quick and efficient onboarding experience that translates into immediate sales for the Partner and T-Mobile. This role will encompass onboarding, certification, governance & compliance, Partner training, and lifecycle support.At least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesHigh School Diploma or GEDBachelor’s degreeProject Management Professional (PMP) preferred7-10 Years: Program Leadership Experience.AnalyticsReporting & AnalysisMicrosoft OfficeTeam LeadershipThe starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is based in Colorado is generally within the range of $75,000 to $150,000 for annual base salary. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.
